Our staff sincerely cares about you and your pets and will do everything we can to go above and beyond to ensure they have a great stay.  We are a full service boarding facility and veterinary hospital.  If you have other requests, just let us know because we can accommodate most special requests.  Come by anytime during business for a tour of the facility! Boarding options and prices are listed below.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite can accommodate any size pet and even multi-pet families. This suite is air-conditioned, furnished with luxury beds, HD-LCD television, and two windows looking out onto our beautifully landscaped property. For your pet’s safety, this suite has a tempered sliding glass door which provides better visibility and a less confined feeling. Web camera is included with the Presidential Suite – clients have password protected, private viewing of their pet. The Presidential Suite, along with the Luxury Suites, is located in the luxury wing of our facility affording guests added serenity and relaxation. This wing opens to it’s own secure, extra large, grassy yard for exercise and play. The play yard has our exclusive inground, bone-shaped swimming pool for warm weather fun and relaxation.

Luxury Suite

Our Luxury Suites provide elegant and pampered care. These suites are furnished with luxury beds, air-conditioning, HD-LCD televisions, and each has an individual window looking out onto our property. These suites, along with the Presidential Suite, are located in their separate luxury wing of the building for added serenity and relaxation. The luxury wing opens to its own secure, extra large grassy yard for exercise and play. The exercise yard has our exclusive inground, bone shaped swimming pool for summer time fun and relaxation. Luxury Suites have tempered sliding glass doors allowing for better visibility and a less confined feeling. Luxury Suites have the option of web camera where clients have password protected, private viewing of their pets. Both dogs and cats can board in Luxury Suites.

Junior Suite

Our Junior Suites provide your pet with a spacious indoor, air conditioned run to relax in comfort. We provide bedding, food, and treats. Some of the Junior Suites are decorated with various college themes including: University of Alabama, Auburn University, Florida State University, Louisiana State University, University of Florida, and The University of Georgia. All Junior Suites have access to a secure, large grassy yard for exercise and play. Don’t put your special friend in a dog kennel when they can play and stay at the best pet resort in Pensacola, Florida.

Feline Luxury Suite

Luxury feline boarding is provided in our feline exclusive room: The Feline Luxury Suite. Cats no longer have to board in the same area as dogs. The Feline Luxury Suite is a large, air-conditioned room. Guests can explore the 144 sq ft room with a jungle gym, ceiling walk around, aquarium, and a sunny window looking into our aviary and courtyard. Our feline friends can also spend time outside in our screened-in courtyard. While staying with us cats can enjoy our own special blend of fresh catnip grown on the property. And remember, if your cat enjoys the company of your dog, they can share a room together in a Luxury Suite.

Economy Suite

Our economy suites are a great lower cost option for many pets! They receive the same great care from our staff and many smaller pets prefer the economy option as this provides a more secure feeling than being in a larger suite.

Boarding Requirements

  • All pets must be current on vaccinations which includes; Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella, as well as an intestinal parasite check.

  • Your Pet must be free of fleas and ticks upon arrival. However, pets with external parasites will be treated for a small fee.

  • 3 day/night minimum for holidays.

Holiday & Weekend Pick-Up

  • We offer special pick up times on the weekends and holidays.

  • You can pick up or drop off your pet Saturday between the hours of 4:30-5:30pm, and Sunday 9:00-10:00am or 4:30-5:30pm

  • After hours pick-ups will be located at the back of the facility on Ciudad Drive.

Additional Services

  • A “one on one” walk through the neighborhood – $24 per 20 minute walk

  • Junior Suite boarding with Luxury Yard play time – $7/day

  • Medication administration by our Veterinary Technicians – $4/day

  • Luxury Ice Cream and Movie Night – an employee will spend time with your pet relaxing and watching a movie with Doggie Ice Cream – $18

  • Junior Suite Ice Cream Night – an employee will spend extra time with your pet while they enjoy their ice cream treat – $9

  • Web Cam service in a Luxury Suite – $13/day

  • “Boarding Punch Card” – Stay 11 days/nights get the 12th day/night free!

  • Additional charge on days we are closed for holidays – $5/day per boarding suite
